This is a high-impact role supporting day-to-day business operations including scheduling, customer service, staffing, content creation, and more. What You’ll Do:
Scheduling & Operations:
Schedule cleanings using Housecall Pro and sync with Airbnb reservations
Assign team members to shifts, track job pricing, and attach checklists
Manage the owner’s calendar (work + personal) using Motion software
Client Support & Invoicing:
Send invoices, follow up on unpaid accounts, and track bid responses
Respond to client messages via email and Facebook
Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote retention
Marketing & Customer Relations:
Send email campaigns and personalized follow-ups
Create and schedule engaging content on Facebook
Support rebooking efforts and client engagement
Hiring & Onboarding:
Post job listings and screen applicants
Schedule interviews and manage onboarding paperwork
Coordinate access badges and new hire logistics
Training & Content:
Edit and upload team training videos to YouTube
Maintain a clear, organized training video library
Inventory & Supplies:
Order and track cleaning supplies for Airbnb and field teams
Ensure all locations stay stocked and prepared
What You Bring:
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
Experience with platforms like Housecall Pro, Airbnb, Facebook, Motion, and YouTube
Familiarity with customer service, office admin, or team coordination
Basic video editing skills (or willingness to learn!)
