Job Description:
- Daily Data Entry of Timekeeper for several Departments
- Timekeeper Reporting
- Run Cost Requests in SAP
- Invoice Payments, Payment Research and Create Same Day Payment Check Invoices in SNAP
- Assist with Daily Hire Onboarding
- Rate Changes in Timekeeper
- Sick/Vacation Day Tracking
- Daily Archibus Approvals & Creation of Newly Hired Craftsmen
- Scanning of Invoices
- Miscellaneous Duties as assigned

- Knowledge of IATSE & Basic Crafts Contracts
- Union Payroll Knowledge
- Use of office machinery
- Archibus knowledge a plus

Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous work experience in timekeeping is preferred
- Technical Skills: Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge/skills
