Job Description:

  • Daily Data Entry of Timekeeper for several Departments
  • Timekeeper Reporting
  • Run Cost Requests in SAP
  • Invoice Payments, Payment Research and Create Same Day Payment Check Invoices in SNAP
  • Assist with Daily Hire Onboarding
  • Rate Changes in Timekeeper
  • Sick/Vacation Day Tracking
  • Daily Archibus Approvals & Creation of Newly Hired Craftsmen
  • Scanning of Invoices
  • Miscellaneous Duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous work experience in timekeeping is preferred
  • Technical Skills: Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge/skills
