Responsibilities

Manage and organize daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
Assist in calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for team members.
Serve as the front desk representative, welcoming visitors and managing incoming communications.
Support administrative functions by organizing files, preparing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational workflows.
Act as a personal assistant to senior management when needed, handling various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Proficient in computer literacy with a strong understanding of office software applications.
Experience in data entry with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
Prior experience in front desk operations or similar roles is preferred.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in administrative support functions is highly desirable.
Ability to manage calendars efficiently and coordinate multiple schedules simultaneously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.
