Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented part time HR Administrative Assistant to support our People Operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring a smooth and compliant HR experience across the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, equipment requests, and scheduling
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
  • Schedule interviews, manage job postings, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support HR compliance by assisting with audits and maintaining required documentation
  • Draft internal communications and support company culture initiatives and events
  • Provide general administrative support to the People Operations team

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role (HR experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Gusto, Workday)
  • Familiarity with recruitment coordination and HR processes
