Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented part time HR Administrative Assistant to support our People Operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring a smooth and compliant HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, equipment requests, and scheduling
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Schedule interviews, manage job postings, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support HR compliance by assisting with audits and maintaining required documentation
- Draft internal communications and support company culture initiatives and events
- Provide general administrative support to the People Operations team
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role (HR experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Gusto, Workday)
- Familiarity with recruitment coordination and HR processes
