Job Description

Think Architecture Inc. is seeking a talented, driven, detail-oriented, timely Administrative Assistant in a Full-Time capacity to join our office in Sandy, Utah. The ideal candidate will have strong personal and administrative skills, bringing the ability to represent the firm as the primary contact and support individual for Architects, Interior Designers, and Landscape Architects as they carry out day-to-day assigned duties. Other critical attributes include an innate ability to be a self-starter and complete tasks on time, high attention to detail, a positive attitude regarding work, and dedication to friendly customer and employee support.

Key Responsibilities

Daily oversight of incoming phone calls and messages
Daily oversight of incoming visitors and management of meeting rooms
Partnering with and supporting the Office Administrator, firm principals, and professional employees for requested support work
Management of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist professional employees with Construction Document assembly and submittal to governmental agencies
Maintain order and ensure the office is in good working condition, resources are stocked, spaces are clean and tidy, and present a professional image
Work with other companies, including engineering firms, insurance agencies, and various company representatives to ensure effective communication with vendors and supporting companies
Complete Administrative duties with consistency in quality and urgency

Qualifications

High School Diploma with related office skills
Highly organized, methodical, and capable of working independently and with firm executive team
Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
The position requires the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines with haste, and flexibility
Proficiency in the Microsoft suite, including, but not limited to, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook, as well as apps such as Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam
Professional business attire and appearance
Current driver’s license and vehicle
Can pass and agree to a comprehensive background check
US citizen or employment-based green card

Additional Information

Job Type: Full Time Hourly Pay with Benefits

The salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
