Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator/Secretary to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle scheduling, correspondence, data entry, and general office management tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Maintain files, records, and documentation.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and office supplies management.
Provide support to management and staff as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Prior administrative experience is preferred.
