We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. As part of this contract position, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including calendar management, data entry, and receptionist duties. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee calendar management for the Dean, ensuring appointments and meetings are scheduled accurately.
• Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain up-to-date records.
• Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide receptionist support by greeting visitors and managing front desk activities.
• Assist with administrative office tasks to facilitate efficient operations.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
• Support team members with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
• Utilize Excel for basic data management and reporting purposes.
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and direct them appropriately.
• Familiarity with receptionist duties and front desk management.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Capacity to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information.
