Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented part-time Administrative Assistant to support our Executive Director and Communications Director with various administrative and project-based tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and
maintaining records.
Support the development and distribution of weekly newsletters and other communications.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and special projects.
Conduct research, draft reports, and prepare presentations as needed.
Support the development of new protocols and processes.
Assist with member support.
Assist with outreach, and donor communications as requested.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a non-profit
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and email marketing tools (such as MailChimp or Constant Contact).
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Passion for non-profit work
