Job Summary:

We are looking for a full-time Service Administrative Assistant. Day-to-day duties include data entry, general administrative tasks, and using excellent communication skills.

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Writing work estimates
Data entry
Reviewing field technician’s job orders
Providing general administrative support (Scheduling, filing, mailing, booking travel, etc.)
CRM Management

Required:

High school Diploma or GED
Detail oriented
Excellent communication skills
Attention details

Skills:

Microsoft Office
Mechanically inclined/knowledge (not required, but a bonus)
Data entry experience or related office experience
Experience working in a service department (preferred)
