Full Job Description
KIRCO is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven AdministrativeAssistant of Columbia Center to join our team in a full-time, in-person role (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM). This individual will play a vital role in the success of our Property Management Division by serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, clients, and visitors—both in person and through written communication. Responsibilities include administrative support, event planning, scheduling, work order coordination, document tracking, and tenant/vendor communication. The ideal candidate will be polished, friendly, professional in both demeanor and writing, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Strong customer service skills, a can-do attitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook are essential. This position offers the opportunity to support a highly collaborative team while planning events, maintaining building systems and documentation, and creating a welcoming first impression for all who walk through our doors.
