Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I for the Division of Medi-Cal Fraud and Elder Abuse (DMFEA), Administration Branch, the incumbents will perform a variety of administrative support duties which require independence of action, knowledge of departmental policies, good judgment, and a thorough knowledge of appropriate clerical practices.

The Office Technician will be tasked with providing clerical support to the DMFEA Administration Branch staff. The incumbent will exercise a high degree of initiative, independence, and professionalism in the performance of a variety of duties which include, but are not limited to: alphabetizing and filing documents; scheduling and arranging conference rooms as well as operating facsimile and copy machines. The Office Technician will work with DMFEA administrative staff to assist with various tasks related administrative tasks as well as special projects as necessary.

Working Conditions

Telework is available but is contingent on DMFEA’s operational needs. Telework requires California residency.

These positions are located in the Division of Medi-Cal Fraud and Elder Abuse, Sacramento/Administration Branch.
