Key Responsibilities:

Ensure proper filing and documentation of all administrative paperwork

Assist in project management and track progress on various initiatives

Requirements:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
