Overview

This Administrative Support role provides centralized, high-volume administrative assistance to departments, teams, and offices across the organization. The position supports operational efficiency through standardized task processing, meeting coordination, invoice and expense support, client and data management, and document production. The role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support through centralized ticketing systems, assigned teams, offices, or national/geo/market groups, including seasonal tax-related support as needed
  • Support large-scale meetings and conferences by managing calendars, scheduling with leadership, reserving meeting space, and coordinating catering and setup
  • Assist with vendor and client invoice processing, coding, approvals, expense reporting, and firm or office memberships and licenses
  • Support new hire onboarding and employee offboarding activities as directed
  • Collaborate with management to support client setup, data maintenance, billing, and ad hoc administrative requests
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, confidential materials, and other business documents

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of administrative experience; professional services firm experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; ERP or PeopleSoft exposure preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service mindset and professional judgment
  • Ability to handle confidential information, work effectively with all levels of management and external clients, and collaborate as a team player

💵 Pay: $31 – 33/hr
