The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be proficient in using office software, including QuickBooks, to support daily operations. This role is essential for maintaining effective communication and workflow within the team.

Duties

Manage and maintain office calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
Handle clerical duties such as filing documents, typing correspondence, and organizing office materials.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to track expenses and manage invoices.
Provide administrative support to team members, helping with project coordination and follow-ups.
Serve as a point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Support the dental receptionist duties as required, including patient scheduling and record management.

Skills

Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office software applications.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail in filing and data entry processes.
Experience in calendar management to coordinate schedules efficiently.
Ability to type quickly and accurately for documentation purposes.

Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory; familiarity with dental office operations is a plus.
