Overview
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the GPM team! The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks and support to the Region Operations Manager and Divisional Vice President.
This is a temporary, part-time assignment for a period of six months but could transition to a permanent role.

Pay rate: $16/hr
Responsibilities
Assist the Marketing team with multiple projects as requested such as store mailings, signage, filing, data entry and running reports.
Maintain and update Marketing departments documentation and databases as needed.
Contracts:
Assist Marketing team with getting Contracts through signing process.
Keep the online contract database up to date by adding new contracts, updating agreements, update tags and add tags as needed.
Maintain and organize multiple calendars for the Marketing department as requested.
Make travel arrangements for Marketing team as requested.
Send signage out to stores as requested.

DOT Highway Signs:
Work with multiple State DOT representatives in acquiring new highway signs as requested by Operations team
Qualifications
Proven experience as an administrative assistant
High School Diploma or GED
Proficiency and experience using Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with computers, printers, and faxes
Entry level position
-Marketing experience a plus but not necessary.
Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and work on multiple projects at once.
Ability to communicate effectively with all departments at all levels
