Administrative Assistant

Monday- Friday, 35-40hrs a week

Fulltime or Parttime

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be working closely with other employees to organize files, create correspondence and prepare reports or documents. This job completes a range of clerical tasks including managing calendars, sorting mail and preparing invoices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and have the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones, emails and other forms of correspondence.

Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other documents using Microsoft Office applications.

Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, including scanning and archiving documents.

Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
