About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our leadership team. This role involves performing a wide range of administrative and clerical duties that ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our business activities. The successful candidate will handle communication, scheduling, content creation, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks, contributing significantly to our organizational effectiveness. Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience preferred
- Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Physical ability to operate office equipment and occasionally move objects up to 40 pounds
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative duties including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Respond to emails and phone calls promptly and professionally
- Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and managing calendars to prevent conflicts
- Create and curate content for the company's social media channels to enhance online presence
- Prepare presentations and reports as per instructions from leadership
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and restaurant reservations
- Maintain professional communication via phone, email, and mail to ensure positive interactions
- Anticipate the needs of team members and clients to facilitate seamless operations
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Assist in other administrative tasks as required to support business operations
