A well-established Property Investment company based in Hendon – NW4, are seeking an Administration Assistant to join their professional team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent school leaver or graduate with 6 months office experience who is eager to start a career within property.

This is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday, from 9.30am to 5.30pm, with an early finish every Friday. Parking is available with a generous holiday package.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to a small team

Answering incoming phone calls and directing them as needed

Meeting and greeting clients and visitors

Organising meetings and managing appointments

Handling incoming emails, letters, and other correspondence

Maintaining client records and ensuring documents are tracked and organised

Assisting with procurement of office supplies and managing inventory

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in an office environment

Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Eagerness to grow within the property industry
