Overview:
We are a unique dental office aiming to make dentistry more affordable for the community. We are opening a 2nd office on Litchfield Rd and Waddell Rd, (other office where you may spend time is in Glendale on 51st Ave and Cactus). We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist/Office Manager. English and Spanish speaking required.

As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations in our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
– Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Verify insurances.
– Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
– Assist with event planning and coordination
– Handle payroll tasks, including timekeeping and processing paychecks
– Assist with human resources tasks, such as new employee onboarding and maintaining employee records
– Contribute to training development initiatives
– Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
– Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
– Coordinate vendor relationships and ensure timely payment of invoices

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
– Proven experience in administrative or receptionist roles preferred
– Proficient in using Open Dental, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
– Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
– Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.71 – $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
