recruiting for a full-timeAdministrative Assistant 3located in
Anchorage, Alaska.

What you will be doing
Under the direction of an Administrative Officer 2, this position provides administrative support to the OCS Anchorage State Office. Every day the incumbent in this position will provide accounting and financial management, procurement and property management, and serve as the primary Human Resource liaison for the division. This position will also assist with the supervision and manage personnel and payroll activities for the State Office Team.

Working environment that you can expect.
This position is located in Midtown Anchorage with nearby restaurants and shops. This job has an office and provides administrative support to about sixty OCS employees and also serves as the primary administrative contact for the Anchorage State Office. This position works closely with the Director’s Team, Office Assistant 2 and an Administrative Officer 2.
