Duties

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, and direct inquiries to the correct departments
  • Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and other systems for accurate record-keeping and bookkeeping
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
  • Provide exceptional customer support through timely responses to inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments or meetings for team members or executives
  • Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
