We are seeking a polished and proactive **Client Service Administrator** to support daily business operations, client relations, and internal coordination for a growing organization in Orlando.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, staying organized, and helping teams operate efficiently. The role begins as part-time with strong potential to grow into full-time hours in the future.

Schedule

* Monday–Friday

* Approximately 20–24 hours per week

* Flexible schedule within standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

What You’ll Do

* Serve as the primary administrative support contact for multiple business operations

* Coordinate daily activities between departments to improve efficiency and workflow

* Organize meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, agendas, invitations, and meeting notes

* Manage calendars, records, correspondence, and reporting

* Assist with expense reports, budget tracking, and financial documentation

* Maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and external partners

* Support internal projects by tracking timelines, coordinating communication, and ensuring deadlines are met

* Research industry trends and recommend process improvements to support operational success

* Assist with social media and marketing-related administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

* Degree in Business Administration preferred, or equivalent professional experience

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

* Comfortable navigating social media platforms for business and marketing purposes

* Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail

* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

* Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
