Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join their team in West Palm Beach! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative support, organization, and operational coordination within a polished, fast-paced environment.

💰 $25/hr

📅 ASAP Start – Ongoing Contract

⏰ Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

🏢 3–5 Days Onsite | Flexible for Part-Time Hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filing and organizing accounting and administrative records
  • Processing tax invoices and attaching vendor records to payments
  • Cleaning up and maintaining accounting files and documentation
  • Supporting payroll-related administrative tasks
  • Assisting with day-to-day office operations and administrative support

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of administrative and/or payroll support experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable handling repetitive administrative tasks and filing work
  • Strong administrative and operational support background
  • Shopify experience is REQUIRED
  • Strong proficiency within Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Luxury fashion and/or hospitality experience is a plus
