We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Data Entry Clerk to support the Human Resources Department. This role will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining employee records in HR databases while ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection regulations. The HR Data Entry Clerk will play a critical role in maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of HR data, assisting with reporting, and providing administrative support to the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter, update, and maintain employee records in HR systems.
Maintain digital and physical employee records, ensuring data integrity and compliance
Assist in processing payroll-related data by verifying hours, deductions, tax information etc.
Support in generating HR reports, spreadsheets, and summaries
Verify the accuracy of data entered HR databases and promptly correct discrepancies or inconsistencies
Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing employee files, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring all required paperwork
Support benefits admin by maintaining records of enrollment, changes, terminations
Provide support in other HR-related tasks as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Technical Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Previous experience in data entry, HR administration, or office support is a plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ADP (RUN or WFN Preferred)
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion3Strong organizational and time management skills
