About the Role

Join our US client on their mission to streamline and elevate the solar sales process. We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join their fast-paced and collaborative Sales Support team.

In this role, you will support 30 sales representatives by preparing critical documents, managing complex daily scheduling (~120 appointments/day), and providing real-time assistance during live in-home sales appointments. This is a high-impact position where accuracy, critical thinking, and multitasking are essential.

You’ll work closely with the Sales Support team (8 people + team lead + manager) and will become the second overseas team member supporting the department.

Note: This is a remote, contractor role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver pre-appointment documentation for sales representatives.
  • Coordinate and dispatch daily schedules for ~30 sales reps, ensuring efficient routing based on time, distance, and location.
  • Manage and update ~120 daily appointments in a dynamic scheduling environment.
  • Provide real-time support during sales appointments by running loan documents and optimizing proposals.
  • Accurately create installation agreements for sales representatives.
  • Communicate proactively with sales reps and office staff via email and instant messaging.
  • Analyze and proofread solar proposals to ensure accurate customer presentation.
  • Understand Texas renewable energy and net metering programs (training provided).
  • Maintain accurate notes and documentation within internal scheduling tools.
  • Support the team in resolving time-sensitive issues related to scheduling, documentation, or system changes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in a detail-oriented, technical, or operational field (legal ops, medical scheduling, data-heavy roles, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex information and solve challenging problems.
  • Strong written communication skills in English (accent is perfectly fine — the role is internal-facing).
  • Excellent critical thinking and ownership mentality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working with technical concepts and new systems.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and adaptability when communicating with diverse personalities.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce is a plus (not required).
  • Availability for the required shift: Tuesday–Saturday, approximately 1–9 PM (may extend seasonally).
