Service Officer III
Duration:
One year (Extension possible; Conversion may be an option)
Schedule:
Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and process data using internal systems and tools
- Review, approve, and audit source documents such as reports, checks, and records
- Identify and correct data discrepancies and errors submitted by staff
- Maintain logs of activities and completed work for audit and compliance purposes
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as required within workflow processes
- Meet defined productivity and accuracy metrics using performance tracking tools
- Manage assigned workload independently and provide timely updates to team leads
Experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience (5–7 years preferred) in a data processing or banking environment
- Proven experience in high-volume data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and commitment
Skillsets
- Banking or financial services experience (must-have)
- Strong data entry skills with speed and precision
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel
- Basic mentoring or peer‑support capability is a plus
- Adaptability and a career‑driven mindset (nice-to-have)
Education
High school diploma or GED required.
