Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Chief Operating Officer and the Membership Department. This role serves as the primary point of contact for members, handling inquiries and administrative tasks efficiently. Will be responsible for various administrative duties, including member communication, event coordination, and data management.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for members, addressing inquiries and providing assistance promptly and professionally.

Perform standard administrative tasks such as new member entry, communication, and reporting to ensure smooth operations within the Membership Department.

Coordinate member communication related to Food & Beverage (F&B) services and Member Golf/Social Events.

Assist in organizing and coordinating member events, including logistics, RSVP management, and communication with vendors or service providers as needed.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Support the COO and Membership Department with additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

Minimum of two years of work experience in a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in computer skills with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Excellent language, grammar, writing, and communication skills to effectively interact with members and internal stakeholders.

Proven interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to represent the organization professionally.

Demonstrated motivation, efficiency, and dedication to delivering high-quality administrative support.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively.

Education and Training:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification required (additional education or training in administrative studies or related fields is beneficial).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
