Role Overview

This is a hybrid position, allowing for both remote and in-office work. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s research, data management, and administrative functions. This role requires a highly tech-savvy, entrepreneurial-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research relevant to the security sector and public contracts.

Assist in building and managing databases for various company projects.

Perform general administrative duties, including document preparation and filing.

Support project management efforts, ensuring tasks are tracked and completed efficiently.

Learn about and assist with public procurement processes, including tender participation and compliance.

Work closely with our international team to facilitate smooth operations.
