Pay range: $35 – 45/hr

Work Type: Onsite, Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 5 pm

Summary of day-to-day Responsibilities:

Successful candidate will embody the Administrative Assistant role on the Sales & Trading floor.

Expectation is to provide support to Research, Banking, and Sales departments (as well as external clients), and managing interactions between investors and corporate – similar to Capital Markets, but with no underwriting accountabilities.

Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Data Entry

Taking attendance

Coordinating venues

Supporting conferences

Scheduling & marketing (zoom) meetings

Required Education:

College graduate, preferably with a background in Finance

Must Haves:

Tech savvy – Outlook, Excel + internal software

Strong verbal & written communication skills

Ability to manage high volumes

Nice to Have:

Prior banking or FI experience

Prior data entry experience

Note:

The ideal candidate will have a hedge-fund assistance background or a former logistics role.

Polished, with strong attention to detail (accuracy & speed are valued assets), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a team player.

Demonstrate flexibility to shift priorities to complete assigned tasks
