Office Manager/Bookkeeper
IndoorMedia, the industry leader in grocery store advertising is looking to fill an opening in our Lancaster printing facility for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure our workplace runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. This role is central to fostering a proactive work environment and supporting both leadership and staff.
Job Responsibilities
· Manager the day-to-day office operations duties for our Lancaster printing facility
· Handle facility’s Accounts Payable and Account Receivable duties
· Full-service bookkeeping for facility
· Handle billing responsibility for our Discount Paper division
· Support budget tracking, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
· Daily entering of key data of financial transactions in database and print customer invoices.
· Function in accordance with established standards and procedures
· Ensure Compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements and skills
Must have experience in both office management and bookkeeping
· Must have the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
· Must have strong organizational skills and time management skills
· Must have good computer skills
· AP/AR experience
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Aptitude for numbers
· Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
· Understanding of manufacturing/production plant culture
· Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
· High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
