Position Purpose:
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be supporting all areas of the division while acting as the first-line of communication between our vendors and customers. You will be performing various administrative and clerical tasks, collaborating with management on key projects, and ensuring the flow of daily business. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, able to handle a multitude of tasks, and will contribute to the impact of serving community businesses and fellow employees.

Primary Responsibilities:
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and special projects.
Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and communications.
Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate recipients.
Monitoring and coordinating schedules.
Greeting visitors and ensuring all guests check in and out.
Typing various letters, reports, and forms.
Providing support with data entry such as; invoices, orders, and other reports.
Organizing documents, sending out mail and packages, filing, and processing received mail.
Assisting with management with projects, and filling in as support when needed within the office.
Monitoring supplies, and assisting in the ordering processes as needed.
Running errands when needed.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
1-3 years of administrative experience.
Computer proficient with strong knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel.
Ability to communicate effectively.

Qualification:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
