Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
Oversee calendar management for scheduling appointments and meetings.
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Utilize computerized systems to manage office functions efficiently.
Coordinate office supplies and inventory management to ensure availability.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Requirements
Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with clerical duties such as typing, filing, and document preparation.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading capabilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Comfortable around dogs of all sizes, breeds, and behaviors.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
