Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Assistant will be responsible for managing calendars, answering and forwarding phone calls, managing office correspondence, and providing executive administrative support. The Assistant will also be responsible for clerical tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and filing.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills

Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills

Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Experience in the interior design industry is a plus
