Client OverviewOur client, a production and management company based in New York City, works to produce top media content and represent a handful of diverse and talented media voices. They are looking for anAdministrative Assistantto fulfill the role with at least 2 to 5 years of experience in administrative support. The ideal candidate should be able to assist with everyday office tasks and be familiar with media content.

Salary/Hourly Rate$25 – $30/hr

Position OverviewThe Administrative Assistant must be able to complete general administrative work with a proactive and go-getter attitude. They must bridge the gap between clients, staff, and management with their exceptional communication skills. The Administrative Assistant will be expected to handle tasks such as answering phones and emails, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and providing script coverage. Having an adaptive and positive personality is key to succeeding in this role. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Responsibilities Of The Administrative Assistant

Answer phones and emails promptly and professionally

Schedule appointments and manage executive calendars

Provide script coverage and other media-related administrative tasks

Maintain an organized and efficient office environment

Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications For The Administrative Assistant

2+ years of experience in another administrative field

Strong communication and time management skills

Comfortable working within Microsoft office

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
