The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries

Schedule meetings and maintain calendars

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

Maintain and organize files and records

Assist with data entry and office coordination tasks

Support team members with administrative needs

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills

At least 2 years’ experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
