About the Role

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves handling scheduling, correspondence, document management, and other administrative duties to support the efficiency of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to optimize daily operations.

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.

Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for easy document access.

Assist in the preparation of regular reports to facilitate decision-making processes.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and visitors.

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Support various administrative projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

3+ years of experience in an administrative support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and accuracy to ensure high-quality work output.

Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations.
