Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Administrative Assistant for one of our cloud/security clients in the Bay Area. This position is onsite 5 days a week, and will sit in the Sunnyvale Area.

Responsibilities

– Answer emails and other inquiries, and act as a central hub for the team

– Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, appointments, and travel arrangements

– Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and e-mails

– Maintain and update databases, files, and records

– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

– Assist with accounting processes and expense management tasks

– Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff and managers

– Support cross-organizational initiatives as requested.
