Are you a highly organized multitasker with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join the team for a short-term contact, on-site, five days a week.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact for incoming tenant calls

Manage and close work orders efficiently and accurately

Coordinate and respond to emails with professionalism and clarity

Support project managers with daily administrative tasks and documentation

Maintain schedules, track progress, and assist in managing timelines

Keep communication flowing smoothly between internal teams and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

1–3 years of relevant administrative or project coordination experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail with solid organizational habits

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with property/project management software is a plus

A can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
