Key Responsibilities:

The administrative assistant supports the Sales, Events, and Marketing team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth communication among departments.This position is a great opportunity for growth and preparation for advancement in Sales and Event Management roles.

Manage correspondence and communications between clients and internal teams

Maintain records and databases

Prepare reports and presentations

Demonstrate strong organizational skills

Possess a keen attention to detail

Ability to multitask in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Salary:

Starting salary rate is $26.00 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications:

Full-time availability, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays

Refined verbal and written communication skills
