Full Job Description

“`Responsibilities:“`
– Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
– Assist with order entry and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
– Proofread documents and correspondence for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
– Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
– Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
– Assist with event planning and coordination.
– Perform general clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.

– Previous experience in Quickbooks, Accounting.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
– Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
– Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration.
– Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
