Let’s talk about Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Support multiple team members or leaders with calendar management, meeting scheduling, and logistical coordination.
Organize files, templates, and documentation to ensure easy access and efficiency.
Prepare meeting agendas and take notes or track follow-ups as needed.
Maintain professional correspondence and support internal communications.
Travel, Expense & Event Logistics
Book travel and accommodations, ensuring smooth itineraries and contingency planning.
Process expense reports accurately and on time.
Help coordinate department meetings, trainings, or team events—virtual or in person.
Communication & Team Collaboration
Foster positive working relationships across teams with a service-minded approach.
Communicate clearly and professionally in emails, chats, and written materials.
Collaborate with other admins to share tools, best practices, and coverage support.
Workflow Awareness & Efficiency
Learn and apply standard tools and checklists that improve consistency and productivity.
Identify opportunities to simplify manual tasks or eliminate duplicate work.
Stay open to learning new systems and approaches that make administrative work easier.
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience:
2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, pivot, and follow through.
Clear, courteous, and professional communication—written and verbal.
Comfort with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); curiosity about other tools a plus.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
A team-first mindset with a proactive attitude—ready to jump in and make a difference.
Willingness to grow, improve, and support evolving business needs.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $30.49/hr – $45.73/hr
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
