Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers, excelling at customer communication, efficient scheduling, problem solving, and accurate data entry.
Requirements:
· 2 years’ experience in Customer Service.
· High school diploma, or equivalent.
Job Responsibilities:
· Interact with customers and prospective customers by scheduling inspections and services by location.
· Effectively use VoIP phone system to make and receive phone calls and text messages in a professional manner.
· Resolve customer inquiries regarding invoices and billing.
· Clearly answer customer questions regarding pest, termite, wildlife, and moisture concerns.
· Maintain updated customer files through digital software on the computer and physical files.
· Enter descriptive service-related notes in system software.
· Validate technician paperwork.
· Have a basic knowledge of technician’s job and company treatment processes.
· Escalate appropriate inquiries to managers.
· Collect payments from customers and technicians accurately using checks, cash, and a credit card merchant.
· Call incoming leads in a timely manner.
· Reply to employee and customer emails professionally and in a timely manner.
· Basic knowledge of Windows and Office.
· Validate accuracy of delivery orders.

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
