Office Manager
Location: Rickman Mill
The Office Manager performs various routine clerical tasks in an office environment. Responsibilities include preparing, filing, and maintaining physical and electronic records and documents in the required formats. This role involves compiling and verifying information using simple calculations and standard procedures. The Office Manager is also responsible for inputting data into a tracking database or system. They also retrieve documents and respond to requests for information from internal or external customers via phone or email. This role works under the close direction of the Facility Manager. Shift: Monday-Friday (7 am – 4 pm)
Compensation: $20.00-$22.00 to start based on experience and skills

Specific Responsibilities: Office Manager
Manage the Accounts Payable & Receivables
Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
Organize office operations and procedures
Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment
Work with auditing teams to track and maintain all necessary documentation
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
Coordinate with certain members of the executive team on monthly expense reporting
Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events and functions
Provide general support to visitors and other duties as identified and assigned
Requirements: Office Manager
Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficiency in MS Office
