As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in keeping the team organized and running smoothly, allowing them to focus on bringing their creative vision to life. You will be in charge of supporting daily operations, coordinating meetings, managing schedules, handling communications, and assisting with a wide range of projects. Responsibilities Of The Administrative Assistant

Manage and organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Assist with daily administrative tasks, including handling emails and phone calls.

Organize and maintain files, documents, and internal systems.

Help with coordinating team events, deadlines, and project timelines.

Support creative teams by managing resources and ensuring project flow.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Provide general support to the leadership and creative teams as needed.

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:

1 – 2 years of administrative or assistant experience.

Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Proficiency in office software (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.).

A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required.
