Full Job Description

Recess Therapy is looking for an energetic front office/intake coordinator who is a quick learner and able to multi task. Daily task includes: performing routine clerical and administrative functions such as rescheduling appointments to ensure all clinicians schedule are filled, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, excellent customer service, input authorizations, inputting new referrals, and strong computer knowledge.

Must adhere to HIPPA compliance.

Duties / Responsibilities:

Use computers for various applications, such as EMR, email, word processing.

Answer telephones and give information to callers and take messages based on insurance and patient scheduling

Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.

Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents.

Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.

Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons.

Maintain basic scheduling and event calendars.

Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.

Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.

Collect payment

Must be a fast learner and handle a fast past environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
