We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and effective coordination of various administrative tasks. You will provide essential assistance to management and staff, helping to maintain a productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to management and team members

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Answer phone calls, manage emails, and assist with general inquiries

Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and presentations

Handle office supply inventory and ensure the workplace is well-organized

Assist in preparing and organizing meetings, presentations, and events

Maintain accurate filing and document management systems

Support the management team with various tasks as needed

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

A proactive and self-driven attitude

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration preferred
