The Sales Administrative Assistant must be detail oriented and a strong multi-tasker with the ability to work independently. This position is responsible for managing the deployment of leads, maintaining the systems between sourcing websites, actualizing revenue, processing commission and rebate requests, and preparing reports. They will also support the Director of Sales and the entire Sales team as needed.

This person should be highly organized and analytically minded, with a commitment to accuracy. Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial.

Qualifications

Detail oriented and organized

Ability to multi-task

Refined verbal and written communication skills

Must have the ability to work independently and confidently

Experience at Front Desk, Night Audit, or Reservations a plus

Must be able to establish professional relationships within the hotel and manage confidential information

Strengths must include knowledge of Power Point, Excel, and Word programs
