About The RoleWorkday is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic Canada sales team. In this role, you will support the Country Manager, Canada and the Sr. Regional Sales Director . We are looking for a well-organized and motivated individual with high energy and a proactive attitude to provide administrative and organizational communications support.

Key Responsibilities

Content Generation – Creates content through thoughtful information gathering and design PPT/Google slides. Easily navigates application & builds non-routine slide decks. No guidance required for brand compliance.

Travel Coordination – Plays the role of Travel Advisor through attention to details and careful considerations. Advanced skills on both Domestic & Intl travel. Keen awareness of Timezones, layovers, & etc. Problem solves non-routine travel issues. Limited guidance required for budget utilization.

Planning – Situational awareness to develop effective plans that address current and future needs. Mastery of fundamental customer Skills and situational awareness to execute on complex plans

Event Management – Coordination and thought leadership to engineer successful events. For routine & non-routine events, builds project plan and executes on assigned tasks. Events stay on plan, on brand, & on budget. Builds resilient partnerships while collaborating and coordinating with external resources.

Meeting Facilitation – Supports and shapes the flow and effectiveness of meetings. Optimizes meeting through thoughtful creation of meeting agendas. E.G, coordinates with attendees to ensure adequate time, anticipates issues, and resolves non-routine issues. Able to tactfully intervene when needed. Events objectives are met using creative solutions.

Program Management – Managing one-time projects, recurring programs, & initiatives. Owns projects that can be characterized as long term and moderate to high complexity. More often than not, your manager will play a role in designing & setting success measures. Serves as first-point-of-contact with vendors and partners.
