Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Eastwood, SA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks including answering phones, maintaining communication flow, assisting executive staff, and performing clerical duties. The role requires efficient task management and excellent organizational skills to support the smooth operation of our office.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills

Strong Communication skills and Phone Etiquette

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in office administration is a plus
