Join a growing pest control company in their invoicing department, helping ensure accuracy and efficiency in the invoicing process while handling key administrative responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:
Review completed service orders to ensure accuracy before invoicing, verify that all scheduled services were completed, and identify and flag any errors in service orders or pricing discrepancies.
Modify invoices if services changed on-site (e.g., a preventative treatment upgraded to full treatment).
Communicate with technicians to clarify service details when necessary.
Ensure that purchase order (PO) numbers align with the invoiced amount; request updated POs when needed.
Upload invoices to client-specific portals for client approval when pricing adjustments are needed.
Track and follow up on pending invoices to ensure timely processing.
Who You’ll Work With:
Be a key part of an administrative team that ensures smooth invoicing operations. You’ll work closely with technicians, management, and clients to guarantee accurate billing and efficient processing.
Who We’re Looking For:
Experienced in Invoicing: At least some (6+ months) experience with invoicing.
Detail-Focused: Able to catch errors in invoices and update them before submission.
Quick Learner: Able to learn new processes well and understand all the effects of each process.
Organized & Efficient: Able to manage multiple tasks without losing track of important details.
Proactive Communicator: Can get down to the bottom of things—whether reaching out to internal technicians and management or reaching out to clients when necessary.
Tech-Savvy: Able to learn invoicing software (Fieldwork), internal CRM, and client portals for invoice uploads.
